Letters
from Felix and Oscar

Felix
is a stuffed bunny from the children's book, Letter's from
Felix by Annette Langen and Constanza Droop, who goes
on a world tour and writes letters to the little girl who owns
him about the places he visits.
Since
Felix was in such demand a couple of years ago, I decided to get
him a brother named Oscar to take on some of the travel responsibilities.
Parents can request to take either along whenever they are going
on a trip. They make an entry in his travel journal about the
place they visited and their exciting adventures there. Parents
can also send postcards to the class and include photos or other
mementos in his travel journal. We also appreciate any background
information about the place they visit. In class, we will read
Felix's travel journal, monitor his travels and look at his postcards.
Think about when you might take Felix on a trip!
