My Self Portrait |
Eleanor's re-creation of my self portrait |
My description of my self portrait: First draw the head oval. Draw the eyes about halfway between the top and the bottom of the oval. The eyes are almond-shaped and the pupils are black. Draw thin, arched black eyebrows just above the eyes. The bridge of the nose starts at the middle of the eyes. The nose is long and wide. Draw a mouth just under the bottom of the nose, with a small space in-between. The top lip is a little bit bigger than the bottom lip. The lips are light pink. Draw short, black hair. The hair just covers the top of the head and has bangs, leaving part of the forehead showing. Draw a thick neck from the bottom of the head to the bottom edge of the paper. It gets thicker and wider as it goes down. I didn't draw ears in this picture. |
Reflections: I forgot to tell that the face is tan, but I did put that in the rough draft of my description. I also didn't draw a shirt and I used 8 1/2 by 11 in. paper. The rest is pretty good, like you drew the hair black. |
