My Partner's re-creation of my self portrait

My description of my self portrait:

My head is round, and my neck is short. My hair is ash-black, dark. My forehead is covered. My eyebrows are black.

My eyes are a little bit of blue and medium green and brown. My nose is short and it has freckles on it.

My cheeks look like they're hardly there. My lips are small and medium. My chin is small.
