Mystery Painting 13-17

 The Real Mondrian

Our Hoover Partners' Painting from Our Description

 Our Description of the Painting:

Before you start, place the paper like a horizontal recangle. The only colors you use are red, yellow, and black. There are two horizontal, black lines. ONe is about a half an inch up from the bottom of the paper. The other one is about an inch and a half down from the top of the paper. The lines that we just described are about as thick as a pencil. Nothing is in between the two lines. The lines go from the side of the paper to the other side.

To the far top left corner, there is a vertical, natural red rectangle. To the right of the red rectangle there is a black line, about half a pencil thick. It rests on top of the line. There is a pencil-thick, vertical black line that rests on the top line, about in the middle of the paper.

Between the vertical black line in the middle of the page and the right edge, there is a pencil-thick, vertical line. Between that line and the right edge, there is another pencil-thick, vertical, black line.

At the bottom of the page there are thicker, black, vertical lines that correstpond with the top thick lines.

Now you have mad lots of white squares. The two farthest white squares under the bottom line should be filled in with mustard yellow. The rest of your picture should be snowy white. Hope you have a fun time drawing it!
