Our Description of the Painting: Use the paper hamburger way. The colors you need for this painting are: paper white, red, mustard yellow, and beetle black. An inch from the bottom is a three inch paper white strip going horizontally. Below the strip on the left hand side is a short, thick, beetle black strip, a half inch from the corner of the page. About three inches from that is another thick beetle black strip. Two inches from that is another short, thick, beetle black strip. Then, right next to that, is a mustard yellow, as thick as the black strip. Then, next to that, is a thinner beetle black strip. Next to that is another mustard yellow strip. Above the white strip on the left hand side and directly above the black strip beneath the paper white one is a blood red strip. About three inches from that is a thin beetle black strip. Two inches from that is another thin beetle black strip. Two inches from that is another thin beetle black strip. A helf inch from that is another thin beetle black strip. |
Reflection on Our Progress: We think we did very well on the description. However, we should have explained that "hamburger" way is horizontal, not vertical. We also said there was mustard yellow in the painting. You did a good job on the beetle black thick and thin lines, however, we could have explained their locations better. Overall, we could have done a better job at our explanation. |
