Mystery Painting 4-21

 The Real Mondrian

Our Hoover Partners' Painting from Our Description

 Our Description of the Painting:

Notice: Read the first three lines before starting to draw!!!

The paper you are drawing on should be turned horizontally. Our picture has two medium sized lines that run straight through the middle. The top line is farther from the top of the page than the bottom line is from the bottom of the page. To the far top left, there is a vertical red rectangle sitting on the top of the top line. There is a black line along the edge of the rectangle. There are three other lines to the right of the rectangle above the top line. One of the llines is halfway between the page, above the top line. Another line on the top is halfway between the middle line and the right edge of the paper. The last line is almost halfway between the line we just explained, and the right edge.

Moving on to underneath the bottom line: There are four thick black lines that correspond to the top thin black lines. They are between the two lines to the right below the bottom line. Fill in those two spaces with plain yellow. The rest of the picture is paper white. We hope that you can draw it!!!

 Reflection on Our Progress:

We think that our partners did an excellent job. Almost everything was right in the picture. The only thing our partners missed was when we said, "Fill in the two spaces with yellow."

They also forgot to paint the top red rectangle vertically. Overall our partners did an excellent job!
