This web site started life as an eagle project lead by Reid Kleckner. He coordinated the construction of three weather stations which were placed at three schools in varied climates. He then pieced together this web site so that students could compare the data they were collecting for class. Using this tool, they can explore their weather and the geography that affects it. The schools initially chosen for this project were Walter Hays Elementary, Beechwood Elementary, and El Granada Elementary. As of this writing, the weather equipment has been delivered to the schools, but the coordination of the schools is in progress.
